Innovative Safety Features
Standard safety features on every 2017 Nissan Armada include Nissan Advanced Air Bag system, rearview camera, antilock brakes, traction and stability control. Optional upgraded safety features include lane departure warning and prevention, forward collision warning with emergency braking, backup collision intervention, blind spot warning, blind spot intervention, distance control assist, and around view monitor with moving object detection. The interior of the 2017 Nissan Armada is quiet and accommodating. The upgraded soft-touch surfaces and wood trim accents add to the luxurious look and feel. Aggressive Exterior Styling
The bold and modern exterior of the 2017 Nissan Armada is a refreshing design. Nissan’s ‘V-motion’ grille flanked by standard LED headlights and daytime running lights make up the stylish front end. SL and Platinum models feature the addition of fog lights. The rear end features a prominent bumper with LED taillights. The base model has standard 18-inch alloy wheels while the upper models receive larger 20-inch wheels. Running boards, roof rails, and power folding side mirrors are practical and sophisticated while front and rear sensors provide additional reassurance. One powertrain is available on the 2017 Nissan Armada. The powerful 5.6-liter V8 engine generates an impressive 390 horsepower and 394 pound-feet of torque and is paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission. Standard on the Armada is rear-wheel drive with an optional four-wheel-drive system with low range. Hill start assist, a limited-slip differential, and a towing mode is standard. Estimated EPA for the 2017 Armada is 14 city/19 highway with rear-wheel drive and 13 city/18 highway with all-wheel drive. The Armada has a towing capacity of 8,500 pounds.
